Before Submitting a Ticket:
  • Verify that your ClickUp Personal API token / connection is active.
  • Confirm that the destination Space, Folder, or List has not been deleted or renamed.
  • Ensure that ClickUp Custom Fields are named exactly as configured in your ClickSync mapping rules.
What to Include in Your Ticket:
  • Your Shopify Store URL (e.g., mystore.myshopify.com).
  • The URL of the specific ClickUp List you are syncing to.
  • Any error codes or logs shown in the Sync Logs tab of the app.
